Snappers Cruise to Third Win In-A-Row Over Timber Rattlers

What rhymes with run? FUN! Both took place on Friday night at ABC Supply Stadium. The Snappers scored 11 runs en route to their third victory in a row, and Snappers fans had ABC Supply Stadium absolutely rocking!
Highlights of the night included the Snappy Race - where kids chased down the speedy turtle from centerfield to first base. Then, there was the bobblehead bop where fans shake their body to gain points on their headband. And of course, the staple entertainment act at ABC Supply Stadium - the mascot race featuring Mighty Mustard, Rowdy Ranch, and Krazy Ketchup. In a photo finish, Krazy Ketchup edged out a diving Mighty Mustard at the finish line. The crowd roared, and Krazy Ketchup proceeded to celebrate emphatically. Season standings: K - 2, R - 1, M - 0.
Fireworks will light up the sky on Saturday after the game, and on Sunday kids can run the bases and families can have a toss in the outfield, following the game! It's sure to be a wonderful weekend!
The Beloit Snappers used a 7-run 8th inning to pick up their third win in a row with an 11-0 victory of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers. Ricky Aracena went 2-for-3 with the first three RBIs of the game. Kameron Misner and Troy Johnston extended their hit streak to nine and seven games, respectively. The Snappers' pitching staff of M.D. Johnson, Remey Reed, and Eli Villalobos combined for a one-hitter and the team's eighth shutout of the year.
