Rewind the Tape:

3.28.08 - Worcester 2 - Hartford 3 - XL Center

A late Tom Cavanagh goal proved to be too little too late as the Worcester Sharks dropped their eighth and final decision to the Hartford Wolf Pack, 3-2 on Friday evening at the XL Center in Hartford. After Brennan Evans scored his first goal of the season to cut the lead to 2-1, Lauri Korpikoski answered with a tally, devastating the Sharks' hope of a comeback. Sharks netminder Thomas Greiss stopped 25 of 28 shots while David LeNeveu made 20 saves for Hartford.

3.29.08 - Worcester 3 - Lowell 4 - Tsongas Arena

The Sharks allowed two power play goals which proved to be the difference in a 4-3 loss to the Devils in Lowell. Matt Jones scored his first professional goal for the Sharks, connecting on a rebound after an initial shot by rookie Jaime McGinn. Tom Cavanagh scored late in the contest to cut the lead to 4-3, but the Devils held on to defeat the Sharks. Dimitri Patzold made 24 saves in net for Worcester and Dennis Packard recorded two assists.

3.30.08 - Worcester 3 - Providence 5 - Dunkin Donuts Center

The Sharks winless skid hit five games after dropping a 5-3 decision in Providence. The Bruins picked up their league leading 50th win of the season behind Byron Bitz's three points (2-13) and a fighting major. Tom Walsh and Derek Joslin each notched goals from the blue line while rookie Matt Jones scored his second goal in as many games. Graham Mink picked up a pair of assists and Thomas Greiss made 22 saves in net.
