On Monday and Wednesday Sea Wolves players will visit local schools to launch their 'Healthy Goals' program in partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield Mississippi. Healthy Goals was created to promote healthy lifestyle choices to students on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Sea Wolves defenseman and Dartmouth University graduate, Mike Hartwick, initiated the program.
"I'm really excited to see the Healthy Goals program get started," said Hartwick. "As professional athletes, we are role models for kids in South Mississippi, and we have a responsibility to convey a positive message."

On Thursday, February 21, Domino's Pizza and the Sea Wolves will present 'Hooks and Heels 2008' at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum, an evening program that will showcase the game of hockey's hidden elements both on and off the ice to the team's female fans.
The evening will begin at 6:00 p.m. with a "pre-game meal" and meet-and-greet session with the Sea Wolves players and staff. At 6:30, participants will divide into groups and begin cycling through seven stations that will highlight different aspects of the game of professional ice hockey.
