'DOGS AND 'CATS AGAIN...KIND OF : After taking two of three this past weekend in New Britain, the 'Dogs return home on Monday night to host the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Blue Jays affiliate) in the opener of a three-game set from Hadlock Field...Tonight is the first of 26 meetings between the interstate rivals...Last year, the 'Cats took 15 of 26 meetings from Portland, including 6 of 11 in Maine...Righty Chris Balcom-Miller makes his third career start against New Hampshire (1-0, 3.86 ERA)...Randy Boone debuts for the Fisher Cats in 2012 but makes his 50th appearance in the Eastern League...Boone is 2-5, 3.89 ERA (19 ER/44.0 IP) in nine career starts against the Sea Dogs.
