MID-ATLANTIC TRIP STARTS: The Portland Sea Dogs begin a six-game trip on Tuesday night, starting a three-game series against the Richmond Flying Squirrels (Giants affiliate)...Portland dropped three of four in their previous series against the Harrisburg Senators (Nationals affiliate) and went 3-4 on the homestand...RHP Bryan Mata seconds his second win of the season...Following this series, the 'Dogs start a three-game set on Friday in Bowie, Maryland.
TOUGH ONE ON SUNDAY: Harrisburg scored four times off RHP Adam Lau (1-4) in the ninth inning to beat the Sea Dogs, 11-8 on Sunday afternoon at Hadlock Field...RF Tate Matheny and 3B Jeremy Rivera each had three hits an a run batted in for the 'Dogs...RHP Denyi Reyes (snapped a four-game winning streak) had a strong outing allowing seven hits and three runs (two earned), and SS C.J. Chatham and RF Luke Tendler each had two hits.
