Saints and I-Cubs Rained Out; Doubleheader on Sunday

DES MOINES, IA - Score one for Mother Nature. Game five of the six-game series between the St. Paul Saints and Iowa Cubs at Principal Park was postponed due to rain. The two teams will play a doubleheader on Sunday, July 11 beginning at 12:08 p.m. Both games are scheduled for seven innings and game two will begin approximately 30-minutes at the conclusion of game one. The Saints will send RHP Beau Burrows (1-1, 5.75) to the mound in game one and LHP Andrew Albers (4-3, 4.84) to the mound in game two. The I-Cubs will start LHP Justin Steele (0-0, 2.70) in game one and RHP Adrian Sampson (4-2, 5.26) in game two. Both games can be heard on KFAN Plus, 96.7 FM.
