Ethan Price opened the scoring for the Royals on Teddy Bear Toss night in Victoria, beating Vancouver goalie Ryan Kubic with a shot from the right wing at 12:04 of the first period. The Royals extended their lead to 3-0 in the middle frame with goals from Dante Hannoun and Jack Walker. In the dying seconds of the stanza, Lang got the G-Men on the board, scoring from the high slot after a nice centring pass from Tyler Benson.
