
Royals Announce Television Dates

Reading, PA â The Reading Royals, affiliate of the NHL's Los Angeles Kings and AHL's Manchester Monarchs, have announced that two Royals home games in April will be carried live on Comcast and on the NHL Network and America One on a tape delayed basis throughout Canada. The two scheduled games will be Saturday, April 2 versus Atlantic City and the final regular season contest in the Sovereign Center on Thursday, April 7 against Toledo.
The Reading Royals, in cooperation with Comcast, Service Electric and Blue Ridge Cable Systems, will make Royals hockey available to nearly 400,000 homes in the Reading and surrounding areas. In addition, the NHL Network and America One will air both games as the ECHL game of the week.

The Reading Royals will play three games this weekend on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Reading hosts Atlantic City on Friday in the Sovereign Center at 7:05 p.m. Labatt Blue beer steins will be handed out to the first 1,200 fans, 21-and-over. The Royals will battle the Trenton Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday on the road in Sovereign Bank Arena. Reading finishes the weekend on Sunday at 5:05 p.m. with their eighth meeting of the season against the Wheeling Nailers.
