Peoria, Ill. (January 13, 2004) â The ECHL announced today that Peoria Rivermen third-year left wing Randy Rowe has been selected as a starter for the Eastern Conference for the 2004 Par-A-Dice ECHL All-Star Game to be held in Peoria on Wednesday, January 21.
