Round Rock Express News Release
ROUND ROCK, Texas - Four members of the Round Rock Express have been selected to the 2015 Pacific Coast League All-Star team the league announced Wednesday afternoon. RHP Jon Edwards, RHP Anthony Ranaudo, LHP Jimmy Reyes and C Tomas Telis have been nominated to represent the Express at the First National Bank Triple-A All-Star Game on Wednesday, July 15 at Werner Park in Omaha, NE. Edwards is one of thirteen PCL All-Stars elected to the team by balloting of field managers and general managers, members of the media and online fan voting, while Ranaudo, Reyes and Telis have been selected by the PCL office.
Edwards has pitched in 19 games for the Express this season and is 14-for-15 in save opportunities with a 1.02 ERA. The Illinois native has also been called up to the Texas Rangers on two separate occasions, going 0-0 with a 6.00 ERA as a middle reliever in a total of 11 games. He is currently in second place in the PCL with 14 saves. This is Edwards' first Triple-A All-Star selection.
Ranaudo has made a strong impact in first season in the Rangers organization, going 7-3 with a 3.39 ERA as a member of the Express over 13 starts. Like Edwards, Ranaudo has seen major league action this season with the Rangers, starting two games for Texas on April 15 and June 18. The 6'7" righty went 0-1 in the bigs with a 6.48 ERA. He threw a five-hit shutout against the Los Angeles Dodgers on June 18 that saw him go 6.2 innings, but did not earn a decision. This is Ranaudo's second Triple-A All-Star selection.
Reyes is one of four current Round Rock pitchers with five or more wins this season, all of them coming in relief appearances. Although the southpaw has started three games for the E-Train this season, he has made 19 relief outings with a 5-0 record and 1.44 ERA as a reliever. Reyes is 3-0 on the road this season with a 0.75 ERA and 17 strikeouts. This is Reyes' first Triple-A All-Star Selection.

The Venezuelan has caught 23 of 46 stolen base attempts this season and put together a 13-game hit streak from April 26-May 14. Telis kept his batting average above .300 from April 15-June 25 and has five homers on the year with 22 RBIs. Telis leads the Express in multi-hit games this season with 23.
