ROUND ROCK, Texas - Following the season's second off day, the Round Rock Express return to action Thursday, May 19, opening a 12-game home stand at The Dell Diamond. The home stand begins with a four-game series against the Colorado Springs Sky Sox (Colorado Rockies). First pitch for Thursday's series opener is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. CDT. The series continues Friday at 7:05 p.m., Saturday at 7:05 p.m. and Sunday at 1:05 p.m.
Friday's game will be broadcast live on YNN Sports Austin, available on Time Warner Cable channel 408 / HD 1509. Saturday's game will be broadcast on KBVO-TV Austin, available on Time Warner Cable HD channel 1525, DirecTV channel 51, AT&T Uverse channel 7 (HD 1007), Grande channel 18 (HD 318), Suddenlink channel 15 (HD 725) and Northland Cable 97. KBVO also is available via over-the-air antennas on channel 14 or 51. All Express games are broadcast live on 104.9 FM The Horn ESPN Austin.
Two former Express players return to The Dell Diamond as Sky Sox members - outfielder Willy Taveras (2004) and left-handed pitcher Josh Muecke (2008-2009). Muecke is scheduled to start Sunday's series finale.
Texas Rangers right-hander Scott Feldman will make a rehab start for the Express in Thursday's series opener.
