Rockford IceHogs News Release

Rockford, Ill.- Still stuck in a slump, the Rockford IceHogs will try to break out tonight against the West Division rival Quad City Flames at the Rockford MetroCentre. Game time tonight is 7:30 p.m. The game opens a three-game weekend for Rockford.

The IceHogs are winless in their last five contests (0-4-1-0) including a 4-3 loss at the i-wireless Center in Moline last Sunday. Rockford fell behind 4-0 in the first period and its comeback was denied by the Flames after the Hogs scored three unanswered goals.

Center Martin St. Pierre and forward Jack Skille are expected back in the lineup tonight for Rockford, but team-leading goal scorer Troy Brouwer will be out as he rests an oblique injury sustained in Quad City last week.

For tickets to tonight's game, contact the MetroCentre Box Office at (815) 968-5222 or on the web at www.centreevents.com.

Fans can tune into tonight's contest in Rockford on 1330 AM WNTA or on the web by clicking here. The game can be viewed on the B2 Networks on line for just $6 or in Rockford on Comcast Cable channel 57.
