
Roberson Gets The Call

OTTAWA -OF Chris Roberson is the first Lynx player to benefit from a September call-up this season. The speedy outfielder was recalled by the Philadelphia Phillies today.
Roberson, 27, was hitting .266 with 4 HR and 48 RBI in 113 games for the Lynx this season. His 19 stolen bases lead the club. The speedy outfielder hit .280 in 18 games with the Phillies. Roberson made his Major League debut last season with Philadelphia, hitting .195 in 57 games.
This is the first season the Lynx are the Triple-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies. The Lynx Box Office is Open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 10 am to 4 pm. Ticket information can be found at www.ottawalynx.com or by calling 613 747-LYNX (5969).
