Road Warriors Announce Playoff Roster

Greenville, SC: Today the Road Warriors announced their 2013 Kelly Cup Playoff Roster. The Warriors Drive to the Kelly Cup presented by FOX Carolina, ROCK 101 and 93.3 The Planet begins on Friday, April 5th in Reading, PA against the Reading Royals.

The Road Warriors Kelly Cup Playoffs Roster consists of the following players:

In addition, a list of seven (7) players who have been recalled to the AHL, but are eligible to play in the playoffs if reassigned to Greenville has been submitted to the League. The Playoff-Eligible List includes :

Shayne Wiebe, Chris Collins, Andrew Yogan, Kenndal McArdle, Bretton Cameron, Nathan Lieuwen, Jason Missiaen.

ECHL Playoff Rosters consist of a maximum of 23 Players - a 20-man active roster and a three-man reserve list. A Player who has finished the Regular Season on Injured Reserve may still be named to a Member's 23-man Playoff Roster and will be eligible to participate in the Playoffs once his full IR time has been completed (provided all other playoff eligibility requirements have been satisfied). Once a Player has fully completed his remaining IR time, he may be activated and placed on the Member's Active Roster.

"Our roster has a nice mix of skill, speed, grit and is a team of players with great potential for success," said Head Coach Dean Stork. "If these men play to their potential, and our leaders step to the forefront, this team has the ability to vigorously compete for the Kelly Cup."

The Warriors' first two home playoff games will be played on the Century BMW Rink at the BI-LO Center on April 10th & April 11th at 7:00 p.m. Individual game tickets are now on sale at the BI-LO Center Box Office as well as atTicketmaster.com .The Warriors $44 Playoff Flex Pack is also on sale now and provides an affordable, convenient way to enjoy Road Warriors playoff action.
