
Rivermen to Host Dayton on Saturday on Christian Concert Night

Peoria, Ill. (December 9, 2004) â The Peoria Rivermen of the ECHL will host the Dayton Bombers this Saturday, December 11 in the back end of a home-and-home set between the clubs with a special 6:00 p.m. start time at Carver Arena. It will be the first of two Church Nights this season, featuring a post-game, double-bill concert with ZOEgirl & Tree63.
The Rivermen, who own a 1-1-1 record against Dayton through three meetings this year, lost to the Bombers 5-2 on the road on Saturday, November 27 in the teams' most recent decision. Peoria and Dayton will do battle a total of nine times during 2004-2005. Peoria owns a 47-26-10 lifetime ECHL regular season record against Dayton.
On Saturday, it is the first of two Church Nights this season. It is presented by the Berean Bookstore and Hope 98.5 â Today's Christian Music. And it is O'Brien Automotive Team Night. An O'Brien Automotive Team vehicle will be displayed on the concourse outside Section 6 throughout the game.
