Rivermen to Appear at Steger's in Pekin Monday, February 18

Peoria, Ill. (February 17, 2008) - Director of Community Relations/Game Operations Lisa Broadhurst announced today that rookie center Nick Drazenovic and right wing Hans Benson will appear at Steger's Furniture in Pekin on Monday, February 18 from 6-7:00 PM as make-up for the appearance that was cancelled two weeks ago due to extreme fog.
Drazenovic and Benson will be on hand, along with the Rivermen Mascot - The Captain, to mingle and interact with fans as well as sign autographs. Special in-store promotional pricing and discounts will be available for all Rivermen fans who attend the appearance.
On Friday, February 29, U.S. Cellular presents "Lilly" from Disney's Hannah Montana show. "Lilly" (Emily Osment) will appear and sign autographs from 6-8:30 PM with media co-partnership from Comcast, 97.3 RiverCountry and Journal Star's E-Z Pay program. In addition, the team will face off against the Grand Rapids Griffins at 7:00 PM.
