River Rats recall defenseman Chris Lee from ECHL Florida

ALBANY, N.Y. - The Albany River Rats announced on Monday they have recalled defenseman Chris Lee from the Florida Everblades of the ECHL.

Lee, 26, has spent the past two seasons with Florida, recording 15 goals and 49 assists in 120 games. Last season, the native of MacTier, Ontario had 10 goals and 27 assists in 56 games and was selected to play in the ECHL All-Star game as a member of the American Conference squad.

Prior to turning pro, Lee spent four seasons at the collegiate level playing for SUNY-Potsdam, recording 115 points (41 goals, 74 assists) in 110 games.

Lee will be available to make his American Hockey League debut Wednesday, October 18, when the River Rats play the Peoria Rivermen at 7:00 p.m. at Pepsi Arena.
