The Sacramento River Cats will begin an eight-game homestand at Raley Field on Monday, when they play the Fresno Grizzlies (San Francisco Giants). The River Cats will host the Grizzlies for four games, then the Las Vegas 51s (Los Angeles Dodgers) will come to town for four games. The following is a rundown of the entire upcoming homestand:

Hometown Heroes: On Monday (May 3), the River Cats will honor Sacramento's hometown sports heroes. Participants will include KCRA's Del Rogers, Bob Oliver, John Baker, Jerry Manuel and Lloyd Moseby. They will participate in an assembly from 5:30-6 pm then will be honored during a pregame ceremony at 6:50 pm.
Sutter Health Summer Caravan: On Tuesday (May 4), the River Cats will kick-off their Summer Caravan at Sutter Memorial Hospital (10:30 am to 12:30 pm) in Sacramento. The Caravan will hit a total of six hospitals in May, June and July.
ZOOperstars: The ZOOperstars are one of the most popular traveling acts on the professional sports circuit, and they will be entertaining fans at Raley Field on Friday (May 7).
Youth Equipment Bag Giveaway: On Saturday (May 6), the River Cats will give away Youth Equipment Bags to the first 3,000 fans 14 and younger.
Mother's Day: On Sunday (May 9), the River Cats will host a Mother's Day celebration. River Cats players will be at the gates from noon-12:30 pm handing out carnations to all moms in attendance. Additionally, all moms in attendance will have the opportunity to play catch on the field following the game.
Raley's & Bel Air Baseball Bingo: Every Monday at Raley Field is a Raley's & Bel Air Baseball Bingo Night. All fans in attendance will receive a bingo card upon entering the ballpark, and they will have the opportunity to win prizes ($1,000, free Coca-Cola for a year, River Cats Tickets, and other great prizes). Fans can win based on what the River Cats do on the field.
Heineken River Cats Idol: Every Wednesday at Raley Field is a Heineken River Cats Idol Night. Karaoke winners from local establishments will have the opportunity to compete between innings of the game. Based on audience response, a winner will be chosen each Wednesday and all winners will compete for a grand prize on Aug. 24.
Crystal $1 Family Feast Night: Every Thursday at Raley Field is a Crystal $1 Family Feast Night. All fans in attendance can purchase hot dogs and ice cream bars for just $1.
Live @ Raley Field: Every Friday at Raley Field, Miller Lite and 98 Rock will present "Live @ Raley Field." Local bands will perform on the Foul Ball Patio from 6-7 pm.
Tecate Fiesta Saturday: Every Saturday at Raley Field is a Tecate Fiesta Saturday. The ballpark will be decked out with a Latin flavor, and between-inning games will reflect the themed evening.
US Bank Kids Day: Every Sunday at Raley Field is a US Bank Kids Day. All kids 12 and under are welcome to run the bases following the game. Additionally, kids will be chosen to be guest public address announcers and will have the opportunity to see a magician and balloon artist.
