RHP Daniel Webb Heads to DL

LANSING, Mich. - The Lansing Lugnuts, in conjunction with the Toronto Blue Jays, announced Tuesday that RHP Daniel Webb has been placed on the Disabled List retroactive to June 12th, with INF Kevin Nolan transferred to Lansing from Dunedin.

After opening the season with the D-Jays, the 23-year-old Nolan played 18 games with the Lugnuts from May 14th through June 3rd, batting .328 with two homers, 13 RBIs and 17 runs scored. He returned to Dunedin on June 5th and batted .500 (14-for-28) with two homers, six RBIs and six runs in eight games in the Florida State League.

In his second year with the Lugnuts, the 21-year-old Webb has a 4-5 record with a 5.97 ERA in 12 starts spanning 57 1/3 innings.

The Lugnuts currently have 25 active players and six players on the Disabled List.
