Chester Pimental made his Triple-A debut on Thursday, working in and out of trouble while allowing no runs on one hit and striking out Wade Jr., in the fourth.

After a pair of scoreless frames, the River Cats scored twice in the bottom of the sixth on a Drew Robinson two-run home run to right-center increase the Aces' deficit to six, 6-0.

Jeremy Rhoades came on in the seventh and tossed a scoreless frame, striking out Davis and forcing Jason Krizan to pop out to third and Joe McCarthy to ground out to second.
