RedHawks to "Pitch in for Oklahoma" with Youth Equipment Drive

OKLAHOMA CITY - The Oklahoma City RedHawks will kick-off "Pitch in for Oklahoma," a youth baseball and softball equipment drive at tonight's game at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.

The RedHawks will be accepting donations of new youth baseball and softball equipment, including gloves, hats, balls, batting gloves and bats starting with tonight's 7:05 p.m. home game against the Omaha Storm Chasers.

Donations will benefit youth leagues affected by the recent storms in Oklahoma.

Equipment donations will be accepted tonight at the Sonic Customer Service Booth, located behind section 113, at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Donations will continue to be accepted at the RedHawks Team Store Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., as well as at upcoming RedHawks home games June 10-17.

Following tonight's game, there will be post-game fireworks presented by Verizon.
