SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Albany Devils erupted for five unanswered goals for a 6-1 victory at the Syracuse Crunch Wednesday. The win was the team's fifth straight, tying the franchise record for consecutive wins. Henrique's record-setting tally came at 7:18 of the third period. The power-play goal was setup by Jay Leach and Wiseman. The previous rookie record was held by Nick Palmieri, who had 21 a year ago.

Henrique's goal followed and then Steve Zalewski made it, 4-1, with another power-play goal at 11:00 of the third. Wiseman and Henrique earned the assists.
Pierre-Luc Letourneau-Leblond got his name on the score sheet with his career-high sixth goal of the season. He scored off a setup by David McIntyre and Louis Robitaille at 17:19.
Wiseman concluded the scoring with his seventh goal in five games.
Andy Thomas, who was recalled from Trenton (ECHL) earlier in the day, scored his first career AHL goal and opened the scoring. He blocked a clearing attempt, sent a shot from the right point and found a hole at 2:45 of the first.
Syracuse's lone goal was scored by Jon Kurtz while shorthanded at 17:19 of the second.
