PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced that Reading forward Stefano Giliati has been suspended for one game and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #606 at Johnstown on March 12.

Under Rule #47.21, Giliati was assessed an aggressor penalty in the final five minutes of regulation at 19:23 of the third period. This penalty carries an automatic one-game suspension.

Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
