NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. - The South Carolina Stingrays will face division-rival Florida Everblades tonight at the North Charleston Coliseum at 7:05 p.m. All the action will be broadcast live tonight on ESPN Radio 910 the Team with Mike Kelly, "Voice of the Rays" beginning at 6:50 p.m. with the Benito's Pre-game Show.

Tonight marks the sixth meeting between the teams with the Everblades winning the series with a record of 3-2-0. One of those wins came in a shootout victory last month in Florida. The teams have only played once in South Carolina with the Everblades coming away with the 3-1 victory back in December.

South Carolina remains one point ahead of Charlotte in the race for the playoffs with their overtime loss to the Checkers last night. They are 26-18-4 and 14-8-3 at home. In the last ten games the Rays are 6-3-1 and are undefeated in regulation in their last three games going 2-0-1. Captain Cail MacLean has a three-game goal streak (4g) and a three-game point streak (4g-1a).

Florida is 30-15-2 this season for 62 points and third place in the division. They are 15-7-1 on the road and 6-2-2- in their last ten games. Last night the 'Blades defeated the Augusta Lynx 3-1 at Augusta. Reggie Berg leads Florida against the Stingrays with four assists and seven points in the five games.
