Rattlers Release 2008 Schedule

November 1, 2007 - Arena Football League (1987-2008) (AFL I)
Arizona Rattlers News Release

PHOENIX - The entire nation will be watching the Arizona Rattlers living up to their playoff guarantee this season with two home games on ESPN2.

The games virtually bookend the team's home slate in 2008, with the team's home opener on March 10 against the Los Angeles Avengers, and the second-to-last home game against the Colorado Crush on June 16.

The team's first game under new Head Coach Kevin Guy is a trip to Salt Lake City, where recently re-acquired wide receiver Siaha Burley will have a chance to get re-acquainted with his former Utah Blaze brethren. Guy himself will reunite with his former club in Week 3.

Arizona faces tough competition throughout, as they will play five games against the teams with the best 2007 records in Dallas, Georgia, Chicago and two matches against division rival San Jose.

The Rattlers will also play 11 of the 12 teams to qualify for the playoffs in 2007, with the Philadelphia Soul being the lone team left off its slate.

The full schedule is available on www.azrattlers.com.

The 2008 Arizona Rattlers kickoff their 17th season in March. Season tickets, group tickets and premium single game tickets can be purchased by calling 602-379-2333.
