
Dragons 2008 Schedule Announced

The AFL league office announced today the New York Dragons schedule for the 2008 season. The Dragons Home Opener is set for Sunday, March 9th at 3:00pm at the Nassau Coliseum when they take on the Kansas City Brigade. New York's star QB Aaron Garcia is healthy and ready to get the team back on track to their winning traditions.
"There is a lot to look forward to this season. Everyone is working hard to give our fans what they deserve. We've started signing key players to take this team to the next level," said Garcia.
Four Saturday games and four Sunday games will be played at home. The Dragons road schedule begins on March 3rd when the Dragons head to Cleveland to face their newest division rival, and it includes two Friday games, three Saturday, one Sunday and an additional Monday night game on June 2nd at Colorado to appear on ESPN2. Here is a look at the full 2008 regular season schedule:

AFL Playoffs will begin on Friday June 27th at 7:30pm with the wildcard round and will run through Sunday, July 27th for ArenaBowl XXII.
