THIS WEEK'S GAMES

Wednesday, Mar. 5 vs. Providence Bruins @ AT&T Center-7:00 p.m. CT

The Rampage start the week off against the best team in the Eastern Conference, the Providence Bruins ... The Rampage have never faced the Boston Bruins affiliate in their previous five seasons ... The Bruins enter this week with a 42-14- 2-1 record (87 pts), having gone 5-5-0-0 in their last 10 games, and dropping their last two games against the West Division and Rampage rivals Chicago and Rockford.

Friday, Mar. 7 vs. Rochester Americans @ AT&T Center-7:00 p.m. CT

This will be the second and final meeting against the Rochester Americans this year, and the only match up at the AT&T Center ... The Rampage dropped a 3- 2 decision in a shootout on Feb. 9 against the Buffalo and Florida affiliate ... Rochester enters the week with an 18-36-4-4 record (44 pts) ... Former Rampage players on the Amerks' squad include Rob Globke and Anthony Stewart.

Saturday, Mar. 8 vs. Hartford Wolf Pack @ AT&T Center-7:00 p.m. CT

This will be the first of two meetings against the Hartford Wolf Pack this year, and the only match up at the AT&T Center ... Hartford enters this week ranked 2nd in the Eastern Conference with a 37-17-2-6 record (82 pts) ... Last year, the Rampage split the season series 1-1 ... This will be the first game against Al Montoya's former team.

SHOTS FROM THE POINT

MOVING ON UP: The Rampage moved into second place after Friday's 3-2 win over Chicago, but fell back to third after being idle, and Rockford playing, over the weekend. The Rampage have four games in hand on Rockford.

COMPARING THE PACE: The Rampage picked up their 32nd win by beating Chicago 3-2 in a shootout on Feb. 29, which came in their 59th game of the season. Last season San Antonio didn't win their 32nd game until April 15th, in their 80th and final contest.

ONE GOAL GAMES: The Rampage have been good in one goal games, going 16-4-3-7, earning 42 of a possible 60 points (.700 win %). San Antonio was winless in their last four one goal games (0-1-0-3), until beating Lake Erie 1-0 on Feb. 22 and Chicago Friday.

CHICAGO BLUES: The Rampage were the first team to hand the Chicago Wolves their first regulation loss this season (after starting 13-0-1-0) in November, and they were the first team to hand the Wolves their first shootout loss Friday after 56 games in.

AGAINST NON-DIVISIONAL OPPONENTS: The Rampage are 10-4-1-2 against nondivisional opponents this year.
