Lisin Recalled Under Emergency Conditions

GLENDALE, ARIZONA --- Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have recalled right wing Enver Lisin on emergency conditions from the San Antonio Rampage, the Coyotes' American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate.

Lisin, 21, has recorded 16-17-33 and 20 penalty minutes (PIM) in 51 games with San Antonio this season. He has also collected 1-0-1 in two games with the Coyotes. In 19 career NHL games with the Coyotes, he has recorded 2-1-3 and 16 PIM.

The 6-foot-2, 190-pound Lisin registered 1-1-2 and 16 PIM in 17 games for the Coyotes last season while also appearing in 20 games for Kazan Ak-Bars (Russia) where he collected 6-2-8 in 20 games. In addition, Lisin recorded 2-0-2 in two games with the Rampage last season.

Lisin has represented Russia in two World Junior Championships. The native of Moscow, Russia scored two goals at the 2006 tournament while posting 2-3-5 and a plus-7 rating in six games at the 2005 World Junior Championships. Russia claimed the silver medal in both tournaments.

The Coyotes selected Lisin in the 2nd round (50th overall) of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.

Lisin will be with the Coyotes when they face-off against the Dallas Stars at the American Airlines Center on Wednesday. The game will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be broadcast on FSN AZ and The Fan AM 1060.
