Rampage to Don and Auction Patriotic Jerseys

SAN ANTONIO - The San Antonio Rampage of the American Hockey League announced today that they will wear patriotic jerseys for their home regular season finale against the Milwaukee Admirals on Sunday, March 30 at 2:00 p.m.

The jerseys which are predominantly navy blue in color, display the American flag and Statue of Liberty on the bottom of the jersey, along with red stars on each of the shoulders. The Rampage logo is prominently displayed on the chest of each jersey.

After Sunday's game the jerseys will be auctioned off in Headlines Sports Bar with all proceeds benefiting Operation Uplink. Operation Uplink is a unique program that keeps military personnel and hospitalized veterans in touch with their families and loved ones by providing them with a free phone card. Using the contributions collected from the jersey auction, Operation Uplink will purchase phone cards and distribute them to servicemen and women who are separated from those they care about. San Antonio hosts their division rivals, the Milwaukee Admirals this evening at 7:00 p.m. The Rampage (34-26-10-4) currently sit in fifth place in the Western Conference standings with six games remaining.
