Ralph Signs with Bombers, Kiser Assigned from Syracuse

The Dayton Bombers have announced that center Brad Ralph has signed with the team and that defenseman Nate Kiser has been assigned by the American Hockey League's Syracuse Crunch.

Ralph had 13 goals and 20 assists last season in 60 games played, 44 with Augusta of the ECHL-America's Premier AA Hockey League and 16 with AHL Springfield. A native of Richmond, Ontario, Ralph was selected by the Phoenix Coyotes in the second round (53rd overall) in the 1999 NHL Entry Draft. He appeared in one game with Phoenix.

In addition, defenseman Kiser has been assigned by the Syracuse Crunch, the Bombers' AHL affiliate. Kiser, 21, appeared in two preseason games with Syracuse, recording one assist and four penalty minutes. A native of Southgate, Michigan, Kiser signed an AHL contract with Syracuse this past off-season.

The Dayton Bombers' 2003-2004 Training Camp Schedule continues tonight with a preseason game in Toledo (7:30 p.m.). On Saturday (10/11), the Bombers will be hosting a pre-season game against the Cincinnati Cyclones at the Kettering Rec Center Ice Arena in Kettering (7:00 p.m.). Single game tickets for all Dayton Bombers' 2003-2004 home regular season games, including the Opening Night Extravaganza on Oct. 18, are on sale now.
