Moosic, Pa. - The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (Triple-A/New York Yankees) claimed their sixth straight win over the Syracuse Chiefs with a 5-1 performance on Tuesday night at PNC Field. The RailRiders (47-40) have held the Chiefs (31-55) to two runs or fewer in four straight meetings.
