Reading Royals News Release
Sinking Spring, PA - The Reading Royals cordially invite you to join us tomorrow night (Tuesday, December 2, 2014) from 6 - 7 pm at Jimmy G's Railroad House Sports Bar and Restaurant (152 Woodrow Avenue, Sinking Spring, PA; 610-678-1177) for Radio Recon, the Royals' weekly coach's show.
Let's face it, we've had some pretty decent Minutemen in our time here in Reading: Alex Berry, Marvin Degon, T.J. Syner, Jonnie Quick, Paul Revere...well, okay, "Ëol Paul wasn't such a great skater, but, boy, could that guy ride a horse (and he could dangle with a lantern, to be sure). And the latest to come to the Royals via the UMass pipeline, defensemen Mike Marcou, has picked up right where those guys left off...ready to stand firm, regardless of whether they come by land or by sea (or by an odd man rush, which seems a tad more likely-at least from what I've seen of late)....Assistant Coach Kirk MacDonald will also spill the intel on how the Royals will prepare for the British invasion...or at least the invasion of the Walleye and Stingrays (and whatever else critters might attack us be they from fresh and/or salt water)....
As always, we welcome any and all comments and questions from the fans at Radio Recon. We might also come up with a little crazy trivia and giveaways for those who participate in the show. Royals Radio Recon will be broadcast live on the Royals Broadcast Network (CBS Sports Radio 1240 am and 98.5 fm in Reading).
