LAST GAME: The Tri-City Americans dropped their fourth game in a row with a 4-1 defeat in Seattle last night. The Thunderbirds took a 1-0 lead into the intermission before scoring 17 seconds into the second. Jesse McKinnon cut the deficit to 2-1 before Seattle added another goal to lead 3-1 heading into the third. Antonio Martorana added his second of the game in the third to seal the 4-1 final.
VS SEATTLE: Tonight is the fourth of six meetings between the Americans and Thunderbirds in the 2025-26 season. Tri-City opened the season against the Thunderbirds on September 20, a 6-3 loss on the road. The next meeting came December 14, a 4-3, seven-round shootout win for the Americans. Last night the Americans fell 4-1 on the road. The season series wraps up March 6 and 7 with another home-and-home, starting in Tri-City.
