Spokane, WA - The Chiefs hosted Wenatchee on Saturday night for the first of two straight games against the Wild. The first 2,000 fans and all Rosauers Hat Trick Club members received a special Numerica Piggy Bank commemorating the 2024-25 Spokane Chiefs Western Conference Championship Team.

Coco Armstrong was first on the board at 10:59 of the first, scoring his 19th of the season. Nolan Saunderson and Owen Schoettler chipped in the assists.

Wenatchee tied the game at 17:08 of the first thanks to Levi Benson before goals from Mason Kraft and Alexandre Andre gave the visitors a 3-1 lead heading to the third.

Chase Harrington brought the Chiefs to within one at 8:00 in the final frame. With an assist on the goal, Chiefs' captain Will McIsaac reached 100 career WHL points. Dominik Petr would add the other helper.

Despite sporting a 6-on-4 advantage late in the third, the Chiefs could not find the equalizer and this one would finish 3-2 in favor of the Wild.

Vieillard made 23 saves with the penalty kill a perfect 2/2. With the goal tonight, Chase Harrington has 4 points (2G, 2A) in the past two games.

Spokane's next home game is set for Friday, February 20th as the Chiefs host the Vancouver Giants on School Night and Zipper Pull Giveaway presented by Shriners Children's Spokane. The first 2,000 kids 12 and under will receive a Spokane Chiefs jersey zipper pull. The doors will open at a special early time of 4:30 PM for the 'Drop The Mitts' Exhibition Game benefiting Shriners Children's Spokane. Fans will need a ticket to the Chiefs game to enter early for the exhibition game. The Chiefs also encourage fans to donate snacks for the School Snack Drive benefiting Communities in Schools of Northeast Washington.
