
Predators Sign Vigilante, Assign him to Milwaukee

Nashville Predators Executive Vice President/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has signed amateur free-agent forward John Vigilante (VIJ-uhl-ahn-tee) and assigned him to the Milwaukee Admirals.
Vigilante, 20, is the leading scorer (14g-34a-48pts) and team captain for the Ontario Hockey League's Plymouth Whalers. The 6-0, 200-pound Dearborn, Mich. native, who went undrafted, is Plymouth's all-time leader in game-winning goals (23) and ranks tenth on the club's all-time scoring list with 217 points (83g-134a) in 227 career OHL games.
The Admirals are in action again this Friday, December 9th at 7 pm versus the Grand Rapids Griffins. The first 5,000 fans will receive a free ice scraper that feature the Milwaukee Brewers retro logo, courtesy of the Brewers.
