The Chicago Wolves have signed right wing BILLY TIBBETTS.
The 31-year-old forward has collected five goals, 11 points and 55 penalty minutes in 13 games with the United Hockey League's Rockford IceHogs this season.
The Boston native has played 82 National Hockey League contests, registering eight assists, 10 points and 269 penalty minutes with the Pittsburgh Penguins (2000-2002), Philadelphia Flyers (2001-02) and New York Rangers (2002-03).
TIBBETTS has also played 111 career American Hockey League games, racking up 34 goals, 95 points and 597 penalty minutes with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins (2000-2002), Hartford Wolf Pack (2002-03), Springfield Falcons (2002-03) and Houston Aeros (2003-04).
