HERSHEY picks up another road win, winning an 11 am. start in Bridgeport against the Sound Tigers 4-1 at the Arena at Harbor Yard.

HERSHEY scored first in the morning game, with Joey Tenute potting his seventh goal of the season. Taking a pass from Owen Fussey, Tenute fired a shot at Bridgeport goaltender Wade Dubieiewicz and scored on his own rebound to give the BEARS a 1-0 lead after one period.

In the second period, the BEARS ran their lead to 2-0 when Lawrence Nycholat scored his third goal of the season at 3:43. Bridgeport would find the scoreboard at the 6:20 mark of the second when Jeff Hamilton picked up his fifth goal of the year. Eric Fehr finished off the Tigers with a pair of third period goals, his 11th and 12th of the season.

Stephen Peat made his HERSHEY debut in the game. He was assigned Tuesday by the Washington Capitals on a conditioning assignment. The BEARS now have 48 power play goals on the season, the best mark in the American Hockey League.
