Predators Recall Jordin Tootoo

Milwaukee, WI-Nashville Predators Executive Vice-President/General Manager David Poile announced today that the team has recalled forward Jordin Tootoo from the Milwaukee Admirals. Tootoo is the ninth player thus far this season to be recalled by the Predators.

Tootoo, 22, appeared in Nashville's season opener on October 5 before joining the Admirals. In 21 AHL games this season, the 5-9, 194-pound right wing has posted 13 points (7g-6a) and 67 penalty minutes. He appeared in 70 games with the Predators in 2003-04 and led the club with 137 penalty minutes.

The Admirals are at home for a pair of home games this weekend. On Friday, Milwaukee will entertain the Omaha Knights at 7 pm. The first 5,000 fans will receive a t-shirt courtesy of Robert W. Baird and ESPN Radio. On Sunday the Ads take on the Cleveland Barons at 4 pm and the first 3,500 fans 14 and under will receive a piggy bank courtesy of US Bank.
