The St. John's Maple Leafs (21-33-5-1) lost their third straight game last night losing to the Saint John Flames by a score of 5-0. Saint John blew the contest wide open with four unanswered goals to take a commanding 5-0 lead to the dressing room after 40 minutes. The Maple Leafs(21-33-5-1) managed 15 third period shots but lacked the effort and determination of a team who is fighting for it's playoff lives.
