Left Wing Jonathan Schill Reassigned to Dayton

Syracuse, NY (February 20, 2003) – The Syracuse Crunch announced today that the Columbus Blue Jackets have reassigned left wing Jonathan Schill to Dayton (ECHL).

Schill, 23, has appeared in 31 games with Syracuse this season, recording one assist and 22 penalty minutes. In 79 career games with Syracuse, Schill has recorded three goals, six assists and 91 penalty minutes. A native of Kitchener, Ontario, Schill was signed as a free agent by Columbus on May 8, 2000.

The Crunch host the Hershey Bears on Friday, February 21. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m. Saturday, February 22 is Quickway Trading Card Night, when the Crunch take on the Binghamton Senators in a 7:30 p.m. match-up. The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive the first 13 of the 25 2002-03 trading card set. The remaining 12-card set will be available, beginning that night, at area Quickways with a purchase.
