The Sea Dogs wrap up their four-game series with the Altoona Curve (Pirates affiliate) on Sunday afternoon from Hadlock Field.

RHP Chris Balcom-Miller (2-4, 4.50)
Balcom-Miller is making his 12th Double-A start in today's game for Portland...The righty earned his first Sea Dogs' win at Altoona.
News and Notes
PARTING IS SUCH SWEET SORROW: The Sea Dogs and Curve meet for the final time in 2011 this afternoon...Portland clinched a victory in the season series by beating Altoona 6-2 on Friday night...The Sea Dogs are hoping to earn a series split in this four-game set against the Curve...Portland has lost just one series in their last eight...The 'Dogs have earned a split or won the other seven...The team is currently 1-2 on its 17-game stretch against teams from the Western Division.
BACK ON THE MOUND: Chris Balcom-Miller is scheduled to make the start for Portland this afternoon...The California native is 1-0 in his last two starts with a 0.73 ERA (1 ER/12.1 IP)...Balcom-Miller also has 12 strikeouts versus just one walk in those two games...His first Double-A win came against the Curve back on June 5th in Altoona...Balcom-Miller allowed just one run on three hits, while striking out seven over five innings of work.
