Pigs Look for Second Straight over RailRiders

The Lehigh Valley IronPigs will look for their second straight win over the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders when they wrap up a brief two-game set with their North Division rivals at PNC Field on Tuesday night at 7:05 p.m.

LHP Jesse Biddle (2-0, 4.80) takes the hill for the IronPigs on Tuesday. Biddle got the win on Wednesday vs. Toledo when he gave up one run on four hits to go along with four walks and five strikeouts over 5.2 IP. Thus far in 3 GS with Lehigh Valley, opponents have hit just .211 (12-57) against the southpaw. Biddle was 7-2 with a 4.24 ERA in 15 GS with Double-A Reading this season.

RHP Diego Moreno (3-0, 2.18) will be on the bump for the RailRiders. The right-hander got a no-decision on Thursday at Indianapolis after allowing two hits while walking one and fanning four over four scoreless innings. In his 4 GS this season, Moreno is 0-0 with a 1.17 ERA. In fact, the Higuerote, Venezuela native will be making just the 12th start of his MiLB career on Tuesday night.

After notching a pair of hits on Monday, Pigs INF Chase d'Arnaud has now hit safely in 14 of his last 19 G and is hitting .321-2-9 with four doubles, three triples, 18 runs scored and eight stolen bases over that span. On the season, d'Arnaud ranks second in the IL in runs with 57.
