The Bulls play game two of a three-game set against the Gwinnett Braves in the third and final series of a season-long 11-game road trip. Durham is 2-7 over the first nine games of the road swing, and just 4-9 since the All-Star Break. The Bulls have dropped 25 of their last 37 contests to go from a 2.0-game lead in the IL South to a 9.0-game deficit, their largest division deficit of the season. Gwinnett - the Atlanta Braves' top affiliate - is 7-5 since the All-Star break, but has won four in a row and is 6-2 over its last eight contests.
