Pats Teddy Bear Toss Night this Saturday, December 10
December 5, 2022 - Western Hockey League (WHL)
Regina Pats News Release
Regina, Sask. - The Regina Pats Hockey Club will host their annual Teddy Bear Toss game this Saturday, Dec. 10 against the Calgary Hitmen at the Brandt Centre, presented by Global Regina.
Fans are asked to bring a new stuffed toy, preferably inside a clean plastic bag. When the Pats score their first goal, fans toss the stuffed toy onto the ice! If you don't have a stuffed animal, there will be a limited number available free of charge above section 116 by the Subway.
Just like last year, a large portion of the stuffed animals will be donated to the Salvation Army following the game. Additionally - back for the first time since the 2019-20 season - Pats players will hand deliver a portion of the stuffed toys to local hospitals in time for the holiday season.
"We are extremely excited for this year's Teddy Bear Toss," said Pats CEO Gord Pritchard. "This is one of the marquee nights of the hockey season and we look forward to putting smiles on children's faces this holiday season."
Tickets are available for the whole family to enjoy the annual Teddy Bear Toss or by calling 522-PATS.
