PAPILLION, Neb. -- Designated hitter Vinnie Pasquantino went 3-for-3 with a double, triple, and a career-high-tying five RBIs to help the Omaha Storm Chasers defeat the Louisville Bats, 7-4, on Sunday at Werner Park. The win clinched a series win for Omaha (6-6) over Louisville (3-9) and was the Storm Chasers' third consecutive win.

The Storm Chasers broke a scoreless tie in the fourth inning when third baseman Emmanuel Rivera doubled to left and came in to score on an RBI single by Pasquantino against right-hander Connor Overton (Loss, 1-1).

Right-hander Ándres Núñez (Win, 1-1) entered and allowed a double to Allen Cordoba before Dawson scored on a wild pitch to tie the game, 1-1.

Omaha retook the lead in the bottom of the sixth, scoring two runs on two hits and an error. After Rivera singled with one out, Pasquantino followed with a double into the right field corner to give the Storm Chasers the lead. Pasquantino moved to third on a flyout before scoring on an error by Bats' shortstop Miguel Hernandez.

The Storm Chasers added four runs in the seventh inning thanks to three walks and two triples, all with two outs. After right fielder Brewer Hicklen walked, first baseman Nick Pratto tripled to right-center field to plate the first run of the inning. Right-hander Nick Howard walked the next two batters to load the bases before exiting the game. Following the pitching change, Pasquantino cleared the bases with a triple down the right field line to record his third hit and third, fourth, and fifth RBIs of the afternoon.

Louisville battled back in the eighth inning with three runs on five hits against right-hander Jace Vines to cut Omaha's lead to three before right-hander Jose Cuas (Save, 1) secured the final out of the inning and subsequently tossed a 1-2-3 ninth inning to end the game.
