
Pasquale, IceCaps Shut Down Devils

ST. JOHN'S - Eddie Pasquale made 26 saves as the St. John's IceCaps beat the Albany Devils 3-1 for their second straight win Friday at Mile One Centre.
Charles Hudon, with his team-leading 19th, Alexandre Ranger and Brandon McNally scored for the IceCaps, with all three goals coming in the second period.
The second also featured some rough stuff with the teams combining for 94 minutes in penalties, including five fights.
With the win, St. John's moved to 5-1-1-0 on the season versus the division rival Devils.
Saturday night the IceCaps and Devils meet for the final time this season (7:30 PM NT). Tickets are still available and can be purchased at the Mile One Centre box office and online at www.mileonecentre.com.
