Panthers Recall Tim Kennedy from San Antonio

SUNRISE, FL (December 19, 2011) - Florida Panthers Executive Vice President & General Manager Dale Tallon announced today left wing Tim Kennedy has been recalled from San Antonio Rampage (AHL). In addition, center Greg Rallo has been returned to San Antonio.

Kennedy, 25, earns his third to the Panthers this season. He has played in 20 games with Florida this season recording one goal, while averaging 10:34 in ice time. The Buffalo, New York native has played in 10 games with San Antonio this year registering one goal with three assists and 10 PIM. For his career in the National Hockey League, he has played in 105 games with Buffalo (2008-10) and Florida (2011) scoring 11 goals with 17 assists and 54 PIM.

Rallo, 30, made his NHL debut on Dec. 18, 2011 totaling one shot and 3:31 of ice time. He has recorded 10 points (7-3-10) and 4 PIM in 24 games with the Rampage this season. The center has played in 358 games in his professional career, registering 202 points (95-107-202).
