
Panthers Recall Quinton Howden

SUNRISE, Fla. - Florida Panthers Executive VP/General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that the club has recalled F Quinton Howden from the San Antonio Rampage (AHL).
Howden, 21, earns his second recall of the season. Howden made his NHL debut Jan. 26 against Philadelphia notching one shot on goal and 9:29 TOI for the Panthers. Howden has played 57 games in his first professional season for San Antonio recording 30 points (13-17-30) with 24 PIMs.
The Oakbank, Manitoba native was selected by Florida in the first round (25th overall) of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
Florida visits the Carolina Hurricanes tonight at 7 p.m. The game can be seen live on FOX Sports Florida and heard on Sports Radio 560 WQAM.
