Beck Recalled to Nashville

Milwaukee, WI- Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has recalled forward Taylor Beck from Milwaukee (AHL) and placed forward Paul Gaustad on Injured Reserve.

Beck leads the Admirals in points (11g-30a-41pts) and power-play points (3g-9a-12pts) in 50 games this season, his second full professional campaign. Yet to appear in an NHL contest, the 6-2, 208-pound right wing ranked among the AHL's Top 20 rookies in both points and goals in 2011-12. Nashville's fourth choice, 70th overall (third round), in the 2009 Entry Draft finished both the 2009-10 and 2010-11 seasons ranked among the Ontario Hockey League's Top 10 in points and goals with the Guelph Storm.

The Admirals continue their four-game homestand next Friday night March 22nd against Peoria at 7:00 pm at the BMO Harris Bradley Center. American Idol winner Phillip Phillips will be performing after the game.
