The El Paso Chihuahuas hit two singles in the top of the ninth inning Monday but lost to the Oklahoma City Dodgers 2-0. It was the third time this season the Chihuahuas were shut out. The loss ended El Paso's four-game winning streak.

Colin Rea pitched five shutout innings for El Paso and struck out 10 batters, tying El Paso's 2018 single-game high. Jerry Keel, Eric Lauer and Kyle Lloyd also struck out 10 batters in a game this season. The Chihuahuas held Oklahoma City to seven runs in the four-game series.

El Paso ended its six-game road trip 4-2. The Chihuahuas went 15-10 in July. The Chihuahuas do not play on Tuesday.
